Enquiry data submitted via our contact form is sent directly to our email inbox at grisleywoods@outlook.com, which is hosted by Microsoft. It is not stored in a database on our website server. No personal data is retained on our web hosting after the email is delivered.
Our website is hosted on a cPanel server in the UK. Our email is managed by Microsoft Outlook, which processes data in accordance with Microsoft's own privacy standards and GDPR compliance framework.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain enquiry emails for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were submitted — typically for the duration of any project or correspondence, and for up to 12 months afterwards. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
7. Third-Party Services
Our website uses the following third-party services:

- GSAP (GreenSock) — a JavaScript animation library loaded from a CDN. No personal data is collected by this service.
